“The honeymoon phase is intense, sensual and all about new discovery. The concept of the album was for me to introduce my sound and style to the world. I experimented, dancing around genres, taking my influences from jazz, drum n bass, footwork, rock and more, and took an unorthodox, often juvenile, approach to beat making. Like the early stages of a relationship, I was still figuring out how I wanted to sonically express myself to you. I wanted to open up, finally, and impress you.
