Centered around BOSCO’s soulfully-touched voice and beautifully relaxing beats, a mellow undertone saturates each movement of the album. Everything about it takes you to less stressful times and orange skies in the evening. Still, the open-ended wondering of how things a relationship will evolve on “Changes” and the comparisons of love to gambling on “Carousel“ adds some semisweet textures to the EP’s overall cool-out charm. A sumptuous follow-up to the similarly honey-toned Some Day This Will All Make Sense album from earlier this year.
