“Right Here“ is an affectionate and graceful ode to being in love from singer/songwriter/producer/all-around musical heavyweight Blakk Soul. It’s a tender number that focuses on the importance of openly expressing your love, affection, and dedication to your beloved while you still have a chance to. Producer/arranger Gerson Zaragoza lays out a smoothly coasting backdrop for Blakk to bask in as he serenades his lady-love. In a way, this tune kind of hits home with yours truly as I have found myself falling even deeper in love with my wife after making it through one of the toughest years in our 16-year marriage.

This new release has already made the rounds on several sites and playlists but it’s no less deserving of being showcased by fans and critics no matter how late we are to the show. “Right Here” follows Blakk Soul‘s Take Your Time album, which marked his debut as a solo artist and continued a creative partnership that the singer has struck up with the noted indie label Mello Music Group.
