New music from producer/performer Gianni Lee and singer Dawn Richard via the single “Walk In“ – a short yet steamy number that completely creates an atmosphere of longing and desire. Lee‘s production is minimalistic but very alluring, with floating guitar lines setting a slow-burning mood. Dawn‘s vocals are sweetly breathy, and her ability to create a story in just one verse is impressive. Gianni sounds a bit more reserved during his verse, but he still manages to make his words work in context and flow nicely with Dawn‘s lovely voice. The song is a soothing bit of foreplay, and it’s sure to have listeners imagining sexy scenarios of their own.

Gianni Lee is a multidisciplinary fine artist utilizing diverse mediums in fashion, fine art and MUSIC.
Gianni craftS his own blend of progressive melodies, live instruments into the more uptempo Bmore/Philly genres. Gianni takes a fresh approach to music; using his minimalist ideology, he strips down and re-purposes many known “club” sounds while experimenting with elements of Hardstyle, Grime, Techno, and R&B. While the self-made DJ/Producer finds so many ways to manipulate sound, he also credits his fashion brand “Babylon Cartel” and his paintings for their influence on his unique style.
Lee’s multimedia work combines materials including painting, drawing, photography against a post-apocalyptic and futuristic landscape. Gianni has two distinct styles of intricate compositions that populate the fine art world as well as street art. His street-art incorporates colorful skeletal figures while is fine art focuses on alien-like subjects to explore the technological, political, social and racial climate in America while depict the plight of black people.
“I decontextualize, reconstruct and regurgitate everything i see and feel on the canvas based on concepts, motifs and issues that mirror society. I make sure to explore the technological, political, social and racial climate in America while painting a post-apocalyptic and futuristic landscape.” says Gianni.
