The group PWR CPL is a Los Angeles-based duo that committed to affecting social change, on both a local and broad scale, with their music. “Higher Love“ is the latest single from the pair and it is a sweeping love ballad that gives singer Summer Jasmine plenty of space to convey unguarded feelings of love and adoration over a stirring arrangement from multi-instrumentalist/producer Jon Lall.
