The future is here and it’s filled with great music, masterful production, and inspired words! The man behind the new “Mystical Magic” single is Inkswel, a creative spirit in the truest sense of the word. And it’s the trippy sounds of his electro-organic production and the reverbed vocals of the late great Lee “Scratch” Perry that fully set a nice futuristic tone for this mystical tune. Along for the trek through the stars is rapper Elf Tranzporter who helps to hold it all together with dancehall-steeped verses that stand at the halfway point between Inkswel’s blippy future-funk production and Perry’s dubby roots-rock phrasing.
