7/10 – Very Good
This is a song that has more high points than low points and one that the listener will still find compelling after multiple listens. Listeners will probably be listening to this song fairly regularly for at least a month or until something the same or better comes along. Even after that, the listener will most likely revisit the song a few times during the year.

Dive down the rabbit hole and feel refuge through the lyrics of a stranger.
st. James’s earliest childhood memories were immersed in classical and 70s rock music. As a brooding teen she found her voice and began writing music about the inconvenience and obsession with toxic love, opening doors to performing and busking.
From a spare room in her family’s home, locked down and cut off from performing in 2020, st.james began carving out her grand, ambitious plans for pop stardom.
Feeling a constant state of internal chaos, st.James turns her 2am musings to writing instead of running. Wearing her heart on her sleeve and facing the world in front of her, diving in head first.
