I love how she expresses her sexuality in this track as the focal interest of the song is a woman who may already have a man. In “More Than Friends,” Talii warns her friend about settling for someone whose feelings may not match hers. The music has that pop essence but is also heavy on a 2000s influence that can still keep up with today’s music. I love how catchy the song is but also how musically hypnotizing it is. Talii really kept it short and sweet, however she still allows it to have an impact on her listeners. I can feel her lack of fear in her music. I love how bold it is despite how chill it is. This song is such an experience. Talii knows how to give you exactly what the song is supposed to give.
