Arlissa is a singer-songwriter with roots in Germany and London who now makes her home in Los Angeles. The song “Hard to Be,” which is about a woman trying to move on from a breakup, is her latest single. The song is a collaboration between Arlissa and the production duo Baca & Brandn, whose dream-like pop-soul production pairs perfectly with her heartfelt heartbreak vocals. “Hard to Be” is a taste of Arlissa‘s upcoming debut album, The OPEN-HEARTED, which is set to drop in May.
