My favorite thing about music is that it can literally be about anything. It is because of that, you’re going to have different music that makes you feel different emotions and sensations. “Ugly” by Canadian R&B artist Charlie Noiir is a song of sensational proportions. I absolutely loved what the song is about! Speaking about falling in love with the ugly side of a person and what emotions that can entail is GENIUS!!! He spoke on the process of it all. How it actually feels to be in such a compromisingly uncommon position. It may not be as uncommon as we think but Noiir‘s lyrics describe something a lot deeper and darker than just dating a person that’s just exhibiting red flags. I loved his perspective on this.

To be able to put something like this in a track and make it a damned good track is extraordinary! This makes me want to go into the “good girl gone bad” routine. What I also like about it is that it still has that sexy element. It’s erotically twisted and has this mysterious vibe about it that I really wasn’t expecting at all. The music was the best part because it just tied everything so well together. It’s enticingly naughty and it’s going to MAKE you want to listen
